Visit 1
In-Depth Assessment
The initial office appointment involves an in-depth assessment, conversation and review of any recent lab tests and, if necessary, recommendations for further testing. These can include genetic testing, micronutrient tests, food sensitivity and other gastrointestinal-related testing, hormone testing, adrenal testing and more.
Visit 2
Review Wellness Plan
The second consultation typically involves reviewing an individualized wellness plan, tailored to you and compiled from the information gathered in the initial visit and any tests that were performed.

Follow-up consultations, which can be held in my office or over the phone, are scheduled according to type and severity of health concerns and/or progress made.
